It's a cold, snowy night here so we are having a hot cocoa NS! There is regular cocoa, dark cocoa and white cocoa. You can add any flavor of syrup you would like to spruce up your cocoa as well as marshmallows and whipped cream. Of course there is coffee, tea, sodas, juices and "adult beverages". There are small finger sammies, a veggie tray, a fruit tray, chips/pretzels, meats and cheeses with crusty bread for snacks. Kitties are snuggled by the fire purring away. Olympics on the TV, pillows and blankets ready to comfor you. Hope your day was good and you join us, if only for a short time.

((MC)) How are you? Hugs to you my friend. I had a busy non stop day with 2 sick kids. Maddie better than Abbie. Poor little Abbie is just miserable but per the dr, they should be better by Friday or Sat. If not, we have to go back. Both kids are now in bed, my night time chores are done and I just wanted to peek in and say hi. I plan to get some popcorn, some tea and go to bed here in a few and chill out watching some tv then go to sleep.

I am ok, tired and a little tender but ok. Sorry those beautiful babies are sick, that's rough. I am hanging out with Wilma watching some Olympics, munching on some pretzels. Really exciting life! :)

I'm absolutely exhausted and have a really bad cold. I have a huge math test tomorrow and am having the worst time studying for it. Still in disbelief about graduate school. I hope I can sleep tonight!

That's the kind of life I have now too MC...there was a time where I would go out and go dancing, dinner..etc...now I want to be in bed at 8pm with the covers and a good book..lol. My excitement is something totally different now :)

Congratulations on grad school, Gini. I'm sorry the good news is marred by a bad headache. I sometimes get headaches when I've been stressing about something for a long time and it finally gets resolved. I'm always surprised when that happens. Might be the body telling you that it doesn't like stress! :)

I'm going to miss my kitties when I go on the trips hubby and I have scheduled for this year. (I'm not complaining about the trips!!!) I wish I could take them with me.
One of the trips will take us through Philadelphia in mid-September. Will you be in Connecticut then, Gini? I'm hoping for a TDK meetup then.
