  1. Doxie Kizzie and Sammi are your Canadian hosts preparing pancakes with maple syrup, Poutine and Canadian bacon. They have invited all the TDK cats and kittens to help prepare a truly international celebration and preparing food and dishes from around the world. There are coffee, fruit, cereal and even desserts. Anything your hart, or tastebuds could ask for on a Monday morning :)

  5. Good morning littermates :)

I am going to need a coffee but I has none. Perhaps a black tea would have a decent amount of caffeen. I need to buy coffee again.

  6. Good morning! I'm almost sad the Olympics are over. I was watching sports that I never usually watch and it was fun to see all the different things going on. Hooray for all the participants who made the Olympics a global affair and entertaining to watch!

  7. Hi everyone! I enjoyed the Olympics too. A kitteh can surprise me with his/her international breakfast dish of choice.
Back to reality today, sigh. I really liked being home with Leela for 4 whole days. She liked it too! She looked at me when I was leaving like "b-but, where are you going?"

  8. Poor Leela. I, too, enjoyed yesterday with my cats. Either one or the other was on my lap most of the time. It was so comforting.

  11. Morning all. Just popping in for a sec to report that I made it to the pool today. Didn't do very well, but at least I went. Trying to decide what else to do with my day off.

    Have a good day everyone!

  15. Hi, Everyone!

Yay, Kilroy!!! Aren't you proud of yourself for going even though you didn't want to? As a reward, you should go shopping and buy something in a beautiful spring color to remind yourself that some day spring is just bound to show up!

Posted 1 year ago by WillowandWindismom #

  16. Good morning ladies! I second that motion to Kilroy! Buy yourself something you've been wanting. You deserve it!
I'm missing the Olympics already! Wow...what a hockey game! I don't think I got that excited with the Superbowl game! I'll never forget it and think my head has been turned to the sport of ice hockey. *going to check tv guide for hockey games to come* =D

  17. WWM, what I did go buy was nose plugs - I'm tired of having half the pool go up my nose :P I figured that was money well spent.

Our latest snowstorm is melting away and the whole city is dripping (yay!). I'll take dripping over slipping.

  18. Hi again. I must stop in and get some therapy from agency kittehs. There are a few here that are very calming and non-stop motorboat purrers. This will prevent me from slamming doors or saying something I don't want to.
*thank you to the 2 kitties who have purred, kneaded, leg rubbed, and stared at me with those slow blinking eyes*
Ok, I can tackle things better now. See y'all later!

  19. Nose plugs??????? That's the best that you could do living in NYC, the shopping mecca of the US??????? Please tell me that at least they are pink.......

Posted 1 year ago by Kilroy #

  22. Besides bonkers bus? Is there any life beond bonkers busy??!!

We're all fine thanks Kilroy :o) You and Mr Kilroy (and George of course) OK?

Posted 1 year ago by MadcatwomanintheUK #

  23. All's well here. Mr. K's in Florida without me for 5 days, so who knows what kind of trouble he's getting up to :O George & I are getting along surprisingly well without him, although George does wander around before bedtime yowling for his favorite hoomin.

  24. I'll tell you what I hate...what I really, really hate (extra points for recognising Spice Girls there)...is when people don't do their job properly and it causes me MORE WORK!!!

    Rant! Rant! Rant!

  25. Evenin' all. Just working up the energy to go to bed!

I'm really looking forward to Thursday - I'm off to Belgium for 4 days for a conference/course. Should be interesting, and it's great not to have to teach on a school day!

  26. Blood pressure MCW, watch your blood pressure! Deep breathing, stroke a cat and then hurl abuse at someone - it's so much more effective when you do it calmly!

  27. Hi all! What a day. My head is in so much pain, it feels like it might explode. I finally got home and was able to take the heavy duty drugs. Got my test results back. My mammogram was normal and my mass in my neck is definitely a "mass" and not scar tissue. They are trying to decide if they want to do a needle aspiration as it is "consistent with begign cells". I dont know, I don't want them to do it but if they don't I will always wonder? Hmm, such is the life.

    Posted 1 year ago by mollycat71 #

  28. {{{{{{{MC}}}}}}}} Um... my nursing opinion is to let them do a needle aspiration. It doesn't hurt and it's better to know your enemy.

Posted 1 year ago by WillowandWindismom #

  29. Good news on the mammogram MC. Needle biopsies aren't too bad - it's probably better to have it done than to worry about it.
