Did you read that he was involved in a murder case and only because of police misconduct it didn't go to trial?

Then again Tom Hanks did it in the movie Turner and Hooch!

It is scary that someone could not go to trial because of something the police did, isn't it? I wonder if people were keeping an eye on him, and that's why he got busted for the thing with the dog.

Ok..I'll go out on a limb here and say that my father while raising & breeding German Shepherds for show (many years ago) did on occasion condition and strengthen some of his dogs with a very controlled, slow paced exercising of dogs with the use of his car. He'd either hold them beside his door or sit in the rear of the opened station wagon with my mother driving. There was no cruelty or danger to the animal or carelessness in his driving. =)
