   Thanks Dee....It's outrageous to think that this practice, as barbaric as it is, could even possibly still be deemed as an acceptable method of euthanizing animals in this country today. Thank God Oregon isn't one of them. =(

   In my state, gassing is outlawed EXCEPT if it was being used before 1990 and the department of agriculture was notified that it was being used. Why does the use of this technique 20 years ago justify its continued use now?
