  1. my cat had kitten she had them in a bedroom by a dresser which was good they were safe and out of the way . but she moved them into a closet in the very corner with all thing around them . I was wonder should I move her and her babies may be in a big box or in the graden tub where she can get out but nothing can get in. or do I just leave them there.
    thanks

  2. I'd leave them where they are right now. When mommy cat feels it's unsafe, she will move the kittens herself. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they're okay. :)

  3. Please find as many old clean towels (or other washable cloth) and make a bed for her in the corner of the closet. She chose that place herself because she thought it was safe. If you have a nice box, that will be good for a couple of weeks. (You will be surprised how soon the kittens will be able to get out of a box! If you don't have a box, you will want to put a clean towel under her every day because the cloth will get dirty and you want to keep your closet and your kittens clean. If you do have a box, you might only need to change the towel every 2nd or 3rd day.

If the things around the kittens cannot fall over, that is good protection for them. But please move anything that might fall on them. You can keep the door open just wide enough for the cat to get out and place something against the opening that is tall enough to keep the kittens in the closet but short enough that she can get out. She will appreciate having a litter pan, food and water away from the kittens. This is what I did for my cat when she had her kittens and it seemed to work out very well.

  4. Same here. Leave them there because they seem to like that place and it makes them feel safe. Also, the mother cat will probally get mad if you move them. Just be sure to keep an eye on them! ;)
