Sophie and I need prayers

  1. I found a growth on Sophie's back. She is fifteen and two, maybe three of her sister's died from cancer. I will drop her at the vets on my way to work in the morning (fastest way to get her in to be seen). She does not seem to be in pain, or have lack of appetite or anything like that. Please pray that it will be nothing serious

  27. I just got home a while ago. The lump or bump is a cyst which was lanced. Dr said it would come back and if it bothers her it can be lanced again. She had a long lasting antibiotic shot I'm not sure if that was for the cyst or for something with her kidneys. She is starting to have kidney problems and I brought home a bag of KD science diet to see if she will eat it. She is to have all the canned food she will eat and lots of water. She can no longer concentrate her urine so whatever volume of fluid she takes in is what comes out. She is a good drinker. Thank you for your prayers

  30. CTR, I am glad it was just a cyst and could be drained! I am wishing you the very best of luck with the K/D diet. My Mo is on it, likes the dry food but hates the canned. Sending Sophie prayers that she will do well!
