  10. KARENOPA, I think a digestive biscuit is a cookie similiar to a sandie? Kind of a butter cookie base that you can add things to if you like.

  12. Karen, my understanding is that you call our digestive biscuits 'Graham crackers'. It's sort of thick and oaty or has grains in it that are supposedly good for digestion and when crushed it makes a great biscuit base for pies etc.
