  4. Welcome! There is a little story on the home page about how to cook it. I keep reading places that say you need a fine sieve to strain it. Mine's too big, so maybe I'll try cheese cloth.

  6. I love Quinoa. I always kick up the salt a little bit (shhh don't tell WWM) and a sprinkle of a good vinegar or lemon juice is helpful. In the summer, I will marinate tomatoes, cucumbers, zuchini and the like in a good balsamic vinagrette, make a batch of quinoa and let it get thoroughly cooled. I toss it all together for a lovely salad.

  7. it's a grain, cm, that has protein which most grains don't. I think it's from the Incas...? It is a little odd looking tho
