  2. Very true, Deb. I've been struggling with my back and my head, the two places stress gets me (the other is my jaw, the TMJ gets really bad there, too). I went back to work (sorta) this week and been going to bed almost immediately after work and sleeping, sleeping, sleeping. I also completely lost it at the reception after dad's funeral. I'm gonna post about that during the week and ask if y'all think I overreacted to something or what. Though folks said I needed the good cry I had, and it was a HUGE cry! Anyway, I have missed my TDK family. And right now I'm gonna drink some tea and catch up on my DVR for bit before going back to bed!

  3. Hi all!!! It's rainy and windy here! When I was walking to my car after work, the wind was blowing SO HARD that I felt like the wind was beng knocked out of ME! I'm surprised my umbrella didn't turn inside out!! Goodness!!!! So difficult to even GET to the car....very strong wind indeed!!
    I'm eating chocolate... Mmmmm.....
Hugs to everyone who needs them.
Something cute.... When I go to the closet to get the cat food, Chad always stands on his hind feet like a meercat, plus they are all "singing for their supper" as well. LOL... Well, the other two now do the meercat thing. So funny to see 3 cats all standing close to me doing that while I get the bag of food. How adorable!! :)

  5. Lainey, thank goodness you could cry, I haven't been able to cry yet over my Mom's passing (Sept 11th) and I know I should I just can't yet.

  6. Lainey, the morning of my Dad's memorial service I went outside for some reason. I thought my dog was with me and he just disappeared. He isn't allowed out of the yard without a leash but he does it sometime but I usually see him and call him back. I went up and down the street calling him and around the block and no little dog. I was so upset and thought it was the worse possible timing. I finally went in the house and there he was going crazy because he could hear me calling frantically. I grabbed him and cried my heart out. I was cried out then and everyone thought I was really taking it well (if not to well) at the service. Little did they know. You were OK to lose it at the service; that was your Dad and you have been under a lot of stress and needed a good cry. PS my Dad loved little dogs and he would have understood the dog thought I was nuts
