  2. Saw that this morning too, and the father acted all upset about it...even though he didn't think about it for over 24 hrs that he was missing a 3 yr old little boy.

    Baltimore is realing still from a parent whom bludgened her 2 month old baby to death then burried him in the park .........4 of her other children had taken from her .....Poor little angel.

  7. Why weren't the parents AT their own child's birthday party? The fact that either parent would have to "pick him up" after the party seems like neglect to me.
