Hi Cheri and AV! AV, did the agency kittehs help bring all that awesome NS food/drink to this NS? Hope so, sounds delish! In addition (I didn't eat all day, save for 2 Girl Scout cookies), I NEED comfort food. So Cheri, I'll take you up on some mac & cheese, a grilled cheese sammi and a brownie. Oooh, you have potato skins too? Yes please!

Awwww that's great to hear!! Hope you enjoy the party. :) Give Lady a hug for me. :) I bet she must have missed you SO much while you were gone, but she had the bestest place to stay and was well taken care of. Is she still eating wet food? I give mine both dry and wet and several different kinds for variety.

Hi all, I could go for some mac and cheese. On of those nights.
GG had hockey Tuesday and Thursday night (went out w a friend Wednesday and it got too late for me to wait for him). He has hockey Saturday and Sunday nights as well, so I figured we'd see eachother tonight. Even turned down a co-worker who invited me for dinner. But guess what? He has to go to his parents' for a family meeting!!!! He asked if I would go to Barnes & Noble and wait until he was done and see him then. Yeah right, I'd be there for hours before they're done with dinner and everything!
It's nice that he's close to his family, but he's working the weekend and this was our one evening to spend together. Grrrrr!
I think I may need a martini as well :( -

Thanks BB. I think part of it is that he's so close to his family, and having no family around myself, I just feel kind of left out.
They've invited me for Christmas and Thanksgiving, but nothing else. They're all nice, just maybe not used to including anyone else in their goings-on.
So I'm hanging out with the boys and a microwave lasagne - could be worse, I know. -

I see how you feel and I feel sad for you. It can be difficult to deal with at times. At least you have your boys. I sure do love my boys! I am glad your boys are doing so well and love that they sleep on your lap sometimes. :) Awwww..... HUGS to you!

GD, if you're still around, I'm just popping in for a sec to answer your question from earlier about the pool. I can only reserve a lane for half an hour, and I have to do it when they have single lanes (not shared). I think I would have a hard time not crashing into someone if I shared a lane.

Good night Kilroy. A lane to yourself sounds nice. This morning there were 6 of us in the pool (it's kind of narrow) and one guy went and got a lane divider rope-thingie and made himself a lane. Totally rude when there are only 5 lanes there and he wasn't even there first.
Hope you have a good night. I still haven't heard from GG and am leaning towards trying to go to sleep soon.

Grrr, GG just texted me and when I asked him how the family meeting went he told me they ended up watching basketball instead!
Now he wants me to come over. That's a 25 minute ride - not going to happen after you chose to spend your night off watching basketball with your family instead of apending time with me.
