Last week I did my first volunteer work for the Society by wrapping gifts for 2 hours at a local bookstore for donations. People donated $16 during my shift (yay!). The folks in charge are still tallying the total and will let us know how much we raised.

Way to go Eileen..people like you make such a difference...I looked at the site..and fell in love with Huey, Duey and Luey..I wish I was closer to GA..Dickens is mighty cute too...great names...

Eileen...I love that you're helping the shelter..Yes..I'd want to take them all home! There isn't one of them I'd be able to turn down..I'm Addicted to them!! You think I might need a 12 step program??? They're sooo easy to love, and when I love someone, it's forever...I'm hopeless!!
