  1. Aw George/puzzle wizkit...what is a 4 letter French word for cat: hint starts w/a c and has the word hat in it Hmmm, lets see how smart you really are!   2. Hi JeanKit...the orange hunt is still on! Do you know where Monroe is??? I know it is in Green County, but that doesn't help much.....is it around Madison?? Their shelter had some real cuties I saw online. Don't get me wrong, we love our little Jasper :) He is a good boy. I just miss seeing that orange/white/buff fluff floating around the house :)

  3. Monroe is in South Central part of state. So you just need to travel South from Marquette to Green Cty...it looks easy on our territory map at W__k! You could do the map thing on line w/directions directly from your house/just google it! (See, I'm almost just as excited as you...)Aw, give Jasper a pat from me & headbonks from my kits! Yup, Dot & Crockey are almost buds for last nite Dot stuck her nose in Crockey's mush w/o swatting him...eureka success! Hmm, looking for my coffee cup...more java to keep rolling...later!

  4. Katt, one of my employees is from Monroe. Its a lovely little town about 40 mins from Madtown. I believe its a little east. I go there cause of the Swiss Colony factory outlet store! YUM

  5. Hi all!
    Got my swim in this morning, and my trip to Panera. Seems the chorine has done it's thing and eaten through another bathing suit. They only last a month. I went looking for another one, but I wanted the same one and they didn't have it in my size, so I figured instaed of getting something else I didn't really like, I'll check a few other stores and see if they have it.

    I'm starting a 5 day dog-sitting job today, through Monday. I told GG I'd make him dinner Saturday night there - now I need to figure out what to make. I had a recipe in a book but now I can't find said book :(

  7. I guess 5-6 times a week for about an hour will do that, Kilroy.
    I get them at Marshall's or T.J Maxx so they're only $15-20 so it's not so bad. I just really liked the Speedo that's falling apart. Wish I had gotten another one.

    I looked around for the recipe book, but didn't find it. Arrgh!
    Any suggestions on what to make would be welcome!

    I'll start a thread!

    GD, yup, chlorine does a number on bathing suits of you don't rinse them out each time, I know that from my Granddaughter's swimming here. Good luck on the recipe hunt....does GG like lasagna??

  9. I went back to the gravatar site and reselected the crossword picture, but no joy yet. Like I said earlier, it took a couple of days (I think) to show up the first time.

    This is why I took so long to try changing it - I knew something would go wrong :(

  11. I wear the suit into the shower and wash it in shampoo every time, but I guess that's not enough. There does seem to be a lot of chlorine in the pool!
    I've never had lasagne with GG. May be a thought...

Ohhh bathing suit time...I have 2.5 more weeks to fit into my current one before heading outta town for Memorial Day!...Later

  23. Hi family! How are you all tonight? Me, I am absolutely POOPED. I think me and the girls slept a whopping 45 mins last night with all the bad storms, tornado sirens whaling, and the girls general unease. Katt, are you heading to Monroe? If so, let me know, I have a facility about 20 mins from there. I would love to "meet" you even if it is at the Humane Society!

Afternoon all!.... love the new Avatar - Georgie is one smart kittie!.... got so frustrated today, went to the vet to buy Cuddles' food because her prescription ran out at PetSmart.... then to Petco (cause it's close) to get Abby's, which they promptly didn't have, so on to PetSmart, where they told me I didn't need a new prescription in the first place, cause hers had unlimited refills!..... all in a supposed "lunch hour"!..... oh well, at least the girls are good for another month!.... why can't they be like Luna and Venus, who eat ANYTHING!!!!!
