Don’t worry, I bought the food grade DE! 😀 I’ve been Google-ing my brains out but I can’t find out how to apply it to my cats & dogs! Do I mix it with water or do I just rub the dry DE into their coats?

Dry. Use a “feather duster” or big floofy powder puff. Fill a old sock and use it like a drafting pounce eraser.

I usually dip my hands into the DE, to coat them thoroughly, and then pet the critters. It turns into a whole-body massage, because they need it applied on the belly, hindquarters, tail, chest, etc. but most pets seem to like the extra attention.

I like the idea of filling and tying off a thin sock or nylon stocking, and rubbing the pet with that. A new game!

Thanks everyone! I’m gonna try the stocking method. I checked out that link, too! It’s a keeper, bookmarked it. Thanks, Poof. : )
