   I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy Holiday as we gather with family and friends for good food and great times! We will remember and extend a helping hand to those less fortunate and those who are suffering. We will be thankful for what we do have. We will be humbled by our blessings and careful to choose our battles in the coming year. We will speak up to defend the innocent and the helpless. We will remember those we have lost. We will rejoice with our new friends and keep them close in our hearts. We will pray for peace. Most of all we will remember that "joy" in living is God's gift to all of us and we will surrender our egos to experience it. Whether it be holding a newborn, watching the sunrise, the snow fall, or catching the subtle aroma of coffee making its way to us as we lay in our beds...we are greatful for the simple miracles that occur everyday, every moment and we know joy..and God is pleased that we do!

   I have said this before and I'm sorry if I repeat myself, but

   Christmas is the time of the year that I let the people that I care about know how important the are to me. You all are so special to me.
