   Ridiculous...I'm a smoker(sorry to say),but,if I can't wait till I get home for a smoke,I have a very serious need for help to quit the habit. I do anyways (I can't do it cold turkey),but,I can wait till I get home. lol

   I just want to know why we have to regulate the hell out of everything. There is enough crap in the air from cars, planes, power plants, fireplaces that I really doubt that the cigarette some guy five feet away from me is smoking is going to add that much to all the crap I have to breath anyway.

   The government is going to save us from ourselves

   Pretty soon, smokers will have to put their head and hands through "stocks" in the town square for public view and ridicule...sound familiar? After decades of fighting for and gaining some freedoms, the government has systematically begun taking them away. This time, as Instinct mentions above, to "save" us from ourselves. It's not a good sign and we should be wary!
