Morning everyone. Kitties went to the v e t on saturday. They are remarkably healthy 4-week olds. Feline Leukemia negative, no ear mites. I am having to de-worm them but that is to be expected. They have very healthy appetites. I did find out that my two boys are a boy and a girl! Dustin is now Dusti. (the tabby) Jonathan (the white one) is having some diarrhea problems, but hopefully that will clear up once he is fully de-wormed.
One of my husband's co-workers would like to have the babies. She has 4 cats already but lives in the country and says she has room for more. Her kitties re indoor /outdoor, but she has two dogs who consider themselves the guardians of the kitties (and the turkeys) and keep other animals away. And kitties will be indoor only until they are much much older. She has older children who are home and old enough to prepare kitten food and bottles. Although this morning we experimented with lapping KMR out of a bowl and that went well. Jonathan was soooo hungry this morning, I just couldn't get him full with a bottle. He gets impatient. (Such a boy!)
