In honor of "Martini Day" the NS kittehs are having martini's all around. For those who are underage, there are delicious ice cream shakes in all flavors. Having worked hard all day cleaning up outside the kittehs are having stone fired pizzas with your toppings of choice. Banana splits, sundaes and ice cream to cool you down after your pizza. The patio is open and a group of young kitties are ourside playing volleyball. Just hope they don't use the sand as a litter box! There are baskets of kittens looking for a lap to sit on to get some luv. Couches and overstuffed chairs await you. I am gonna help myself to some kittens, a big chair and some lovely pillows. I am going to start with a key lime martini while I wait for my tomato, onion and extra cheese pizza. C'mon in, its great to see you!

I'll gladly join you, MC. *settles into an overstuffed chair with a blankie* I've been battling a rotten cold since Thursday. I had laryngitis yesterday! Hubby really knows how to pick on me when I lose my voice. He keeps saying "what did you say?" lol

Martinis, my favorite. I'll have an inner-outer, that means fill a rocks glass w/ice, pour a tiny bit of dry vermouth over the ice, pour it out and fill with vodka and 2 humongous olives stuffed w/bleu cheese!. I'll have some cheese and crackers too. Here in FL the cable went out during golf and we are listening to music on my lap top. What a nice way to spend Sat. nite. Happy Sat. to all mhy tdk friends.

its 2am here, its bitterly cold (-7c), and there is some idiot down the street blowing a vuvuzela. It never stops. At the university of pretoria the seismological equipment is picking up 'mini earthquakes' from hatdield square. The square is a block off campus, surrounded by bars, best party place in the world, people have been there blowing their vuvuzelas non stop since the swc started :(

Hi everyone. I had to work today and while I was gone my sister put her cat's old kitty condo in my living room since they just found a new one for their cats. When I got home I hear some story from the cats that they traded the dog for the condo. I figured it was a fair trade. :) Later when she brought him home she brought me some veggie soup and rye bread because she knew I had a long hard week.
