  9. Tee Hee Dee! Bumping to share plan of the week! I'm off to the gym today to mix things up! I did do yard KP last nite too! Still watching my menu selections too. Really wanted a cookie at lunch from yesterday's co-workers birthday treat but thankfully there weren't any left! How is everyone doing so far this month?!

  10. Hi JK! I rode my bike a total of 246 miles from Monday to Sunday this past week! Monday I swam 42 laps and biked 35 miles and today I did 12 miles on the stationary at the gym with my friend, followed by 20 miles on the bike on the road. Tomorrow I swim, but take the day off from biking.
    I've been doing well with my eating, too. Have been trying to get some more protein in my diet and have added chicken to the menu. I find it fills me up nicely and keeps me from snacking on other things. Mi is very excited about the chicken - Bobby couldn't care less :)

  11. There was birthday cake here (carrot cake, my favorite!) when I got into work yesterday, JK. I was very good - instead of eating a piece, I only ate the frosting! Did you know there are no calories in frosting? :)

  14. Tee Hee GD...Ok it is Thursday which means it is gym day for me and the last nite for Jazz in the park a few blocks away! My treat after my work out with maybe some tunes to sway to! It is supposed to be a nice evening with no rain until late. How is everyone doing today on day 4 of their w__k/out week?!

  15. Hi all! Glad to see we are all still dedicated. I'm doing GREAT on my chosen way of eating. No exercise, yet. Been too dang busy and too dang tired. I never get to come here anymore. I'm on my way to pick up my CSA Farm share and then I'm going to bed as I'm coming down with something.

    I'm doing well. TOok yesterday off to rest (except swam 42 laps). Today I was back in the saddle. Did 12 miles on the stationary bike at the gym with my friend, followed by 22 miles on the road (in mostly rain). I'm feeling good!

  26. Trainer is on vacation for 3 weeks, but has left me a very detailed regime to follow. Two additional instructions: Take one week off - yea !! and If you gain weight there will be punishment. uh-oh

    After eating very healthy for the past 4 months, I went out and had Mexican food on Saturday; followed by an apple turnover at Arby's on Sunday. Both days I had soda/pop which I haven't had in a long long time. My stomach still hurts today !!!

    So - MC - giving up pop is great; but beware when you try it again after not having it for a while !
