Whew, we are finally open! It is a bring a warm dish and share cafe this morning for the kits overslept and are finally setting things up but if you want something special...there is only cold cereals, toast & jelly and beverages!

Stopped at Eisnstein bagels so brining in bagels galore with your favorite shmears and and lox,salmon too! Picked up a fruit and cheese platter to tempt you too! Coffee is ready so I will grab my joe along with a cheesey bagel and a piece of fruit or two! It is soooo pretty this morning wish it wasn't a w__k day but reality sometimes s__ks so back to my desk! Hope all have a good one & feel better if you are under the weather...later.

Morning, JK! Thanks for getting things started. I organized a crew of orangies to get the grill fired up, so there are eggs and bacon and sausage available. The orangies woke up the calicos, who are whipping up batter for pancakes and waffles. The Maine Coon who normally mans (cats?) the made to order omelet station is just getting set up, we may have to give him a minute :)
Today is ONE WEEK until our trip, ack. Too much to do, ack!

my real life eating plan is going well, but i'm still in detox at the present time.
no sugar, fat, wheat, no bananas, only low fat dairy. lots of raw and cooked vegetables, no sweets. i've been doing this for about a week... -

RM, we're going to Spain and Portugal; I can't remember off the top of my head all the cities in Spain, but I know we're doing Madrid and Torremolinos, and Lisbon and Porto in Portugal, plus a half-day trip to Morocco. There's more than that, I just can't remember (my head's like a sieve).

Bella, thanks for the KFC. It sounds wonderful! I woke up feeling decidedly wonky this morning so I didn't have much brekkie. Definitely in need of some lunch!!!!!

But first the kits are finishing up the jello mold in the shape of a Cat with 3 layers but the flavors are a surprise until it is done! Just remember always...make room for jello!!!

Good morning or afternoon. Love the LoL, azdeb. Kilroy your trip sounds like fun. My parents are currently on a 49 day trip. Germany (Berlin), Czech Republic (Prague), Hungary (Budapest), Austria (Vienna) and then back to Germany to fly out of Munich (Muenchen). Hope to go to Europe next year.

Kits are finished fixing the corn and creating the cat shaped jello mold with 3 layers! Pinia colada/whipped with cream, watermelon/clear and blueberry w/real berries as the flavors!
Mmmm fried chickie, cole slaw, potato salad, corn on the cob and jello is available to be enjoyed on the TDK Patio today! Come on in if you are hungry! I will partake in this picnic fare to share and head out to a shaded spot along with my java/iced! (Cute little tuxies are snoozing in the shade after their creativity with jello.) -
Lady is happily staying with my friend's SIL south of Boston; got her there with no trouble. I'm doing some work for the friend I'm staying with, and will eventually work for her full time, but I'm looking for another job right now because friend can't afford to pay me yet. :)

Kilroy, yes it is payday weekend, and being a holiday who knows when that exactly is (either saturday or tuesday morning)....no I am @ home putzing around, vacuuming and weeding thru books at the moment.

Hi, Everyone! It is a workout rest day for me because we're doing a 62 mile bike ride Saturday. But we did yard work so I don't know which is worse - riding or weeding!
Deb, I've ordered tons of these and we wear them when we ride. The lady who makes these does such a good job that I figured it was just easy to order them. We keep loaning them to people at rides and we don't seem to get them back. They have really made a difference on the hot, hot days.
