   hi everyone my names dani and i have just got two 8 week old kittens, i have a little boy (all black) who we decided to name friday (despite him being born on a tuesday) and a lil black and white girl named alice. they are brother and sister and complete opposites! alice is very outgoing and mischevious and friday is a complete mommys boy and will not leave my side! i just wanted to post as i am eager to make some new friends and hear all about ure furry/fluffy stories! i have lots of pictures on facebook just look for dani fizzy marks! theres a picture of me and friday as my profile picture! i look forward to hearing from you all!

   can't help with the Catster haven't done it yet, myself, but I love the image of Friday chewing on your sock when your trying to get his picture. Such a kitty-boy thing to do.

    !well he has been acting strange as usual and got in the shower with me today and instead of running away like a normal kitten he absoloutley loved it and started rolling around and purring

    Water cats -- it may just be a phase or he may just like water. Ginger (the big orange boy in my avatar) liked to sit under the shower bench when we took showers when he was little (the bench kept the water mostly off of him, but his paws definately go wet. He stopped getting in the shower, but he still likes water poured on him in the sink.

    friday was atucally pushing my feet away so he could properly get under the spray! but his mom reallllly loves water as well so im guessing he gets it from her!

    Welcome, FF!.... I'm in Florida, and I have 2 kits of my own, and babysit 2 of my son!.... My avatar is my velcroe chile, Abby, Cuddles is her old (grumpy) all white sister, and Luna & Venus are Son's cats!......

    Abby is a water cat too!.... whenever I get in the shower/tub, she HAS to sit on the side of the tub and the second I'm done, she jumps in and must lick all the water off the bottom! silly girl!

    birmingham isnt enormous really! i havent found many people from the uk on here! jcat i was gonna call friday jasper but friday didnt seem to like it however as soon as we tried friday out on him it clicked lol seems appropriate now a funny name for a funny kitty! im so glad to hear that there are other water cats out there! friday has taken to sitting in the tub staring at the shower and meowing or chirping at me as if to say "is it bath time yet?" alice on the other hand seems to be in a bit of a mood with her brother today because he is hogging the sunny patch where the lights coming through the window! JB if other cats bully ginger we will have to set up a water kitty tag team to give those mean kittys some head bonks!

    ive been looking at everyones kittys and they are all just adorable! but arent all cats??

    everyone so lovely and making me feel very welcome so thanks and i hope to meet more of you TDKers :D
