My kitten is pooing foul smelling jelly almost every 5-10 minutes,
He's so lazy and warm, he's sleeping and I think he's weak, but he was fine about 2 hours ago, his breathing is really fast and noisy too, what do I do?

Take him to a vet! ASAP!
How old is your kitten? What kind of food does your kitten eat? Have they seen a vet before for their shots or checkup? Have they been acting weird? Please give us more information

He eats dry food, the only new thing I introduced today was whiskas cat milk, but he's 8 weeks now, and it said on the back that you can feed them cat milk after 6 weeks, he drinks water as well,
Can it be he ate too much? Because I have three kittens and they eat together?

Have you tried to call a vet or emergency clinic? Several websites list a kittens heartbeat can be between 200-260 beats per minute. Does his breathing seem labored? Are his eyes clear? Does his belly look soft, round, hard etc? When was the last time he ate or drank? You can give a kitten Pedialyte to bring up their electrolyte count and give them more energy or you can smear Karo syrup on their gums. Make sure it's not a blob of Karo syrup...nothing he can choke on.
I'm just trying to give advice I have seen on here lots of times. Someone else should be along soon that is more knowledgeable than me.

I just called two of them, no-one is picking up!
His breathing is quick and its like purring but so loud?
His eyes are fine,
His belly is soft and not round, it looks normal
he ate at around 5, two hours ago,
He hasn't pooped now, since he's asleep which has been for about 40 minutes and occasionally wakes to look at me, he wont die during the night will he? My mum has scared me and I haven't left him out of my sight,
Where can i buy pedialyte? or Karo syrup? -
Leo, keep trying to call vets in your area. Hopefully someone will be on call to help you. Try an animal emergency clinic.
Are you in the US or UK? I'm not sure what Pedialyte is called in the UK but you can find it in the baby food aisle at your local grocery store. It's liquid and get the unflavored kind. Karo syrup is a brand of CORN syrup here in the USA. I'm sure you have something local that you can try.
Can you look at the poop? Is it a funny color? Does it have worms or other parasites in it? Where did you get the kitten?

Here is a recipe for home made pedialyte which will help rehydrate your kitten. Don't feed him anymore cat milk,it doesn't agree with him.
Home-made pedialyte (or you can buy it in supermarkets in the children's aisles):This is the recipe for home-made pedialyte:
"Pedialyte:
* Pedialyte formula (from World Health Organization)...no preservatives so short life-span
* 1 cup water (boiled then cooled)
* 2 tsp sugar
* 1/8 tsp salt
* 1/8 tsp baking soda
* (this Pedialyte formula gives needed electrolytes & some sugar for energy)Combine all ingredients and warm slightly.
Make new after 24 hours.Pedialyte and Karo syrup can keep a kitten alive while it is not eating and drinking if that is all that is wrong with it or, hopefully, until you can get them to a vet. But if there is something else that has gone wrong, it can't fix it, unfortunately. Please keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on. I will also give you the tent test to test for dehydration and a very good website for handrearing kittens."
From Jcat -
The tent test, to check for dehydration .
Pick up a good pinch of kitten's skin at the neck and let go.If it snaps back immediately, she's hydrated okay. If it takes a little time to go back down, or, worse, it stays up in a 'tent' shape, she needs fluids. The best way to get them is for a vet to inject them subcutaneously but in the meantime, give him pedialyte, little and often.
From Jcat -
So check by doing the tent test to see if your little guy is dehydrated. Kittens that are dehydrated can go downhill fast. If he is make the pedialyte above or purchase some and give it to him by dropper full or syringe until he is not dehydrated. He must go to the vet in the morning though if not sooner. You will need to stay up with him a lot tonight and check on him frequently. Check back here often and let us know how you do. Feel free to ask questions,we are not vets but there are a lot of knowledgeable people here.

How often should I give him pedialyte? He's awake, I just gave him so water with a tablespoon, I asked my friend who's got a kitten and she said don't feed him for a bit, and give him plenty of water.
I read also on the internet that he's intestines are working too hard, and that they need to brought back down to neutral, so I shouldnt feed him for about 12 hours, is pedialyte included in this? -
Sometimes a rapid change in diet can bring on tummy problems. When he starts to eat again, make sure it is little amounts, and only what he was eating before. That may be the reason he had diarrhea or something else may be wrong.
Kittens really only need milk (not cow's milk) before they are weaned. They might like a little bit of Whiska's Cat Sip as a treat, but it's not meant to be a regular food.
When you do want to change his diet (like from kitten kibble to cat kibble)you do it a little bit at a time. Add no more than a tablespoon of the new food on the first day. Make sure it doesn't upset his tummy and add a little more the next day. Depending on how big his regular servings are, it can take a week or more to make a complete change over.
BTW - it's best if you do the same thing if you want to change their litter. Make sure the new litter isn't scented (we may like the scented stuff but it's too strong for kitty noses), and don't use clumping litter with a kitten.
When you do get a hold of his vet, find out where the closest 24 hour emergency vets are. Even if you never need to use one, it's a good idea to know where it is and how to get there. The last thing you want to do with a critically ill pet is spend time looking up the emergency room location.
You might try calling your local animal shelter or city animal control office. I suspect they know where the emergency vets are in your area.

It may be a good idea to not feed dry food for a while either. Dry food will suck a lot of moisture out of a cat/kitten...which is why it really would be best to at least try feed only wet food for now :)

How is the little one, Leo? If you don't have Karo corn syrup, you can use honey (or glucose solution or Nutrical, but I'm guessing you don't have those either). I agree with FF50, don't try to feed dry food while kitten is like this. Everyone's given you great advice, just try to keep kitten comfy and warm and hydrated with the pedialyte (it's called dioralyte in the UK), to keep fluids coming in while he's losing them through the diarrhoea.
The pedialyte doesn't count as food, it's really just plain water with the special salts that the body needs to keep going.
And to the vet ASAP.
