my kitten seems so down, jelly like diorrhea?

Leo, forget the Whiskas milk. There have been numerous problems with that.
If you really want to give your kitten a little milk he can drink without problem, buy some lactose free milk at the dairy section of the grocery store. There are two brands, Lactaid and Dairy Ease. Lactaid is the better of the two for having thoroughly treated the lactose with enough lactase enzyme so that lactose intolerant people and cats (who are also lactose intolerant) can drink it without getting sick.
Be sure to always shake up the carton of milk well before pouring any out so that the lactase additive is well mixed. Then give your kitten only a teaspoon or so at a time for starters and see how he does with that.
