She is not sleeping, she is almost certainly unconscious. There must be a 24-hour vet or emergency vet somewhere around you. Check the phone book or google emergency vets in your area. I'm so sorry to give you this news but your baby needs help, probably to be put to sleep so she doesn't suffer any more.

I'm very, very sorry. I hope I'm wrong about how serious it is. Are there emergency vet care numbers in the phone book, under Veterinarians, Emergency? I'm sorry, too, I know vets cost a lot of money, but you may be able to work out a payment plan or something. Also ring your local humane society in the morning. If they can't help with vet treatment themselves, they will be able to suggest low-cost vets in your area.

If there truly are no emergency vets in your area, please keep her safe, warm and quiet until tomorrow and if she makes it through the night, please take her to a vet first thing in the morning, just show up there, this is an emergency. Tell her how much you love her. If she is unconscious, keep her head level with the rest of her body.

Mom, that's wonderful, I'm so pleased this little one is a fighter, she obviously wants to stay with her meowmy. Please let us know how she gets on, we are all pulling for her. Please give her a very gentle smooch and scritches from me. I am so, so happy that she is still with us and hope that she recovers fully.

Thank goodness! That was so scary! Maybe a collar with a bell till she gets bigger? There have been lots of similar stories. Did the vet say to bring her back for a checkup? Do you have to do anything special? Keep us updated on the sweet thing. Thanks for being a great mom!

Great that she seems to be on the mend! Even now that my cats are full grown we have to watch where we step, they like to be under our feet. A collar with a bell sounds like a good idea.
