  1. Now I have to question on why the Queen or her representatives thought it necessary to open a FB account and why on earth would they have a Twitter account, sigh....

  2. Deb, I think they are obsessed with being seen -- or not being seen -- as irrelevant by young people. But I'm not sure this is the way to go about getting in touch with the young...

  3. I am so tired lately and grouchy, don't know why but have upped my vitamins to see if that helps (vit D3 to 5000 iu, vit C to 1000 mg, and magnesium to 500 mg) otherwise I am at a loss besides going to yet another doctor (which I am loathe to do right now).

How are you besides playing with the mob these days and of course Jasper & Libs and work too?

  4. I agree, and I can understand the FB account but never ever Twitter.....who needs to know when they walk down the hallway, eat meals, go to the bathroom, etc.

  5. Oh, Deb, that's a shame, that's no fun at all when you have no energy and everything's a struggle. I'm fine, spending too much money on furnishing the dolls houses with little things I find on ebay but it's such fun (and I'm on the computer all day, by myself, so what do I expect, lol?) And it is always a lot of fun, seeing what the kittens are getting up to. Jetta has just leapt onto my knee and is very aggrieved to find Joshie already there, lol, chewing my buttons off.

  6. Now they're both roaming round the (very untidy) desk, and Joshie is chewing Jetta's tail. There will be trouble soon...

  7. Lol, poor Jetta thought jumping up on your knee would be a piece of cake to find Joshie already there, well dang the luck! I spend too much money too @ yard sales, though today was a good day only bought a couple of opera dvds and small things like books and exercise balls.

  8. Trouble in my house usually starts with one licking/grooming another's head and about 10 secs later, its on! Rolling thru the house like little spitfires that they wish they were, lol.

  9. Deb, I have decided I need to do a lot more freelance journalism on the side to fund my spending habit, lol, and I think if I can get in the mood, it will be fun too.

Joshie decided it was great fun peering over the edge of the desk so I put him down, as it is a bit too far for him to jump just yet... Jetta is still ont he desk, watching me type and chewing tissues. One of the twins (not sure if it's Jarod or Jasmine from this distance) is chewing meat and growling at anyone who comes near him/her. Such a tiny baby to be chewing and growling, just like a tiny lion. Oops, looks like it's Jasmine, since Jarod and Joshie are chasing each other. Now Jarod's just watching her and she's just growling and growling at him, so funny!

  10. I bet it would be fun, I envy those who can write for a living. I can edit but when it comes to the writing my mind hits a definite block.

Posted 1 year ago by AZDEBRA 5/27 & crew #

  11. Well, the writing bit isn't so much fun, but the looking round nice houses is! I am so nosey!

Posted 1 year ago by jcat #

  12. Oops, double post, not sure how that happened. Must be the kittens, 'helping' again, lol.

  13. I love being nosey and looking at houses and yards too, one reason I enjoy yard sales so much. You would be surprised how many ppl invite us in to see their backyards and/or houses when you complement them on their design/layout. And I love good doors and windows, that is probably from being in Europe so long and seeing all the different doors & windows.

  14. There is nothing like all the old buildings in Europe, eh, Deb? I could be quite happy just wandering around European (and English) cities and villages and towns all day, just looking at houses and churches and buildings.

Yikes, it's 1am here, how did that happen? I better scoot. Take care, my friend, and sleep well and sweet dreams when you get home. Scritch the Crew for me. There is another wrestling match going on here and a whole lotta squeaking!

  15. Lol, let 'em squeak and enjoy it! g'night and sleep well, scritches to Jasper, Libs, Juliet and her squeaking mob :)

  16. Morning Deb, and Jcat if you're still here. I was up most of the night fretting about work c**p, so it's taking me a while to get going. Any coffee around?

Posted 1 year ago by Kilroy #

  17. Morning my friend, sure we have coffee....pushes a large mug thru the wormhole, here ya go :)

Posted 1 year ago by AZDEBRA 5/27 & crew #

  18. Ahhhhhhhh, thanks Deb. You're a life saver.

Posted 1 year ago by Kilroy #

  19. Kilroy, don't let the job stress you, always remember 'this too shall pass'...hate it myself when the hierachy changes, everyone seems to want to re-invent the wheel so-to-speak and its annoying to all the worker bees.

  20. Love the view(s) from this house :)

  21. Problem is, I feel like I'm being set up to fail, and this after 13 years of working my butt off for them.

  22. BTDT unfortunately, new management comes in and wants to 'mold' employees to their way of thinking......older or long time employees are harder to 'mold' so the management just thinks its easier to move them out of the way.....they don't think about the fact that when they do that, they lose a lot if not all of their base knowledge and those people with the needed contacts.

Posted 1 year ago by AZDEBRA 5/27 & crew #

  23. I and a few others here are going thru that now, we are not the moldable 20 somethings that will jump when told too and we have common sense plus the experience behind us to make solid decisions.....scares the heck out of the management who know less than we do and that is intimidating.

  24. Morning everyone!.... about to begin another day of 'fall cleaning'.... and re-organizing...... Mr. AV wants to hang pictures today! Oh joy!...... we never can seem to quite agree exactly on what goes where!....... LOL..... wish me luck!

Posted 1 year ago by AV #

  25. Morning AV :) Oh I love to hang pictures, I have pictures throughout my house. My husband would never let me hang pictures, might put holes in the wall he would say, sigh. So now I have pictures everywhere, pictures that I like not just 'art' :)

Love reading about these houses, http://www.nzhouseandgarden.co.nz/Articles/daydreambelievers.asp
