  2. Marsha, what a wonderful experience and you are so lucky to have a real cat sanctuary nearby. My dream along with a low cost or free spay/neuter clinic. Someday. Your foster kit is beautiful and I wish you luck in turning her over to a new adoptive parent. I know it is hard to part with the precious foster kits, but think about the good life you are helping her achieve.

  3. Thank you so much for your kind words. I already told them that I fall in love with all my kitties and that I'll need extra support to part with her and place her.They are very supportive and they are successful at getting cats adopted. They placed 173 cats last year!!

  4. Marsha, I'm so glad to hear you're starting to foster kitties! Cinder looks as if she'll blossom, with the TLC you're giving her.

    Fostering cats and kittens makes all the difference in the world. So many shelters are so pressed for space, that it can be the difference between life and death. And there are some cats who languish and wither in a shelter environment, but who thrive once away from the stress of being around dozens of other cats.

  5. More info on my foster babies;Ellie continues to absorb food,water and affection wonderfully. My shy new babes in the other room named Midnight and Bobbi Sue are relaxing and starting to purr,vocalize and Midnight gets into my lap now. I've made progree w/ Bobbi Sue also,she is quiet but I suspect she is actually the love bug of the 2. I'll try to enclose pictures. Maybe I should just put them on catster. Thanks for all the support my kind friends.

  6. I have so been eager to hear an update...thank you! As expected, they are all responding to love and caring. Animals are such a blessing, they thrive with love alone. Thank you for your excellent care of these angels. Can't wait to see more photos. Please alert us if theuy go on Catster.

  11. Oh, I'm in love! They are all so beautiful. Midnight is a dream (some years ago we adopted a 14 yr old kitty named Midnight , we renamed her Mita, we only had her for 4 years but we adored her); Bobbi Sue looks like my Cute Linda - black kitties are good luck!; Jasper is talking I see, cutie; Abby looks just like my Karina (as you know I love torties); and last but not least Ellie, what can I say, except: "I want!!!"
    Thank you for your huge heart and tremendous effort on behalf of these angels.

  14. Marsha...They're all adorable. Ellie reminds me so much of my Julie(RIP). Midnight has a beautiful twinkle in his eyes. You couldn't get much cuter than Jasper & Abbie.

    I might have to disagree with black cats being good luck. I'm not saying they're bad luck. If that were the case,I'd be doomed since Cowboy was black & I still have 5 more blackies in the house. Maybe Spider has a pinch of demon in him(he looks just like your Bobbi Sue),but,they're all lovable.
