I was on the birthday list at one point Lynn, but apparently not anymore. I did say it was my birthday 11 hours ago when I was on this morning, but that wasn't seen. GD saw the post about my birthday cake and dinner that my family did for me. As for being on the uptake--it is a birthday, not earthshaking or overly important to most. I did have a good day, my students sang to me all day! Today was their final, so we tested and they sang! It was a good day!

Hi SM & a very Happy Birthday to you! I did see your post and asked about it - didn't see it on the card list (I'll get it all computerized one of these days...). The words cake and favorite restaurant jumped out at me. How nice that your students sang to you and really glad you had a good day!
Today is hubby's b-day too. He got to fix my truck, which didn't start, & I had to run errands (took today off). He decided he wanted take-out since it's so cold he wanted the comfort of our woodburner.
