On this crazy Caturday, the kits would like to invite everyone in for a drink, a snack or a good meal! We have a fully stocked bar, soups, salads, veggies and cookies/pies on the buffet and of course, short orders. I haz a cheezburger, sweet potato fries and hot cocoa with a splash of Bailey's. I have on my Indianapolis Colts pj's, gonna lay on the couch and watch the Indy Colts football playoff game. All the kits can come snuggle with me. The fire is roaring and on the Southern Hemisphere side, the a/c is cooling things down. Come on by!

Hi MC! Hello to all that will be coming in or came in while I am writing..What a wonderful NS :)
mmmm cheezburger and fries..with some cocoa..I am up for that. Girls are in bed and I am relaxing.
Picked up our car today after 2 weeks and paid 2586.00...holy cow...and over 1000.00 of that was for labor!!! geez...highway robbery! But at least I have my car back.

I am ok, just unwinding after a VERY stressful week. My girls are snuggling with me and we are hanging out on the couch watching football. Hope to sleep in tomorrow and do simple stuff, like laundry, read the paper and a little cleaning. How are things in Cleveland? SOOOO cold here!

hi !!! i will be by as soon as i do my 3 miles on the indoor bike. i will bring my yarn, as i'm working on my first mitten !!! i'm just past where the increases go for the thumb gusset and the thumb. the part i'm doing now is the 6 inches for the body of the hand. i'm going to be sooooo proud when i get this done !!!

I came to say goodnight Bumblebee. I am a bit upset. Mr. SM gave me something to help me sleep, so I am hoping it will kick in soon.
Cheri you are now riding at about 10 miles an hour to have done 3.5 in 24 minutes and that is amazing--see the hard work of regular exercise pays off!!
Deb sleep well and stay safe tonight at work--maybe a bit hairy.
Hopefully MC, CM, and GD are now sleeping peacefully.

Awwww I see there IS someone here!! :)
I just ate turkey and gravy over brown rice, and some peas. Mmmmm SO yummy too! I was starving! LOL Of course I shared some meat with the kitties. :) Watching Hour of Power. They have a wonderful choir on there of younger adults and boy do they harmonize well!

Cheri, great news about the bike! Good for you, for making mittens, Aren't they fun? I make them using 4 needles with no seams in the mittens. They are really warm too. -

ROTFL at the ring tailed lemur. Just realised it must be a year since the KK's and MS's went and hand fed the lemurs. We all still remember their beautiful velvety soft long and delicate fingers. They were awesome!

Airy and miniKK are upstairs watching HP & the Goblet of Fire and HRH is outside lurking.

Evening Jan, been pulling my hair out trying to figure out our time sheets for hours worked, lol! We are changing hours and its confusing to some of us who are seasoned, so I can only imagine how it will be for the new people. Other than that, my day wasn't much except for watching the goings on about the shooting incident here today.
Thought you would especially like the lemur jumping over the tortoise.

Hi Deb, I'm still here just lurking, watching a movie "Lost in Translation" and doing jobs. Airy, miniKK and HRH have all gone to bed, Mr MS fell asleep long ago. Not feeling very tired yet but I bet it will hit when it arrives. Think I'll add some brandy to my coffee.
It was certainly a bad day in Tuscon, I've been checking the news off and on and the story keeps changing but I guess they don't know exactly what went on and why just yet.
