Help! I'm back at work and I don't like it! Summer is outside, the city is full of visitors and cruiseship passengers and I am stuck at the desk trying to do the impossible, in an impossible amount of time, on an impossible budget! Someone open the wormhole and let me creep through!

LOL @ KK!..... I face my 'Monday' tomorrow! yikes!..... will really be hard to get back into the swing!.....
.... my short ribs actually turned out fantastic!.... didn't seem to matter at all that they were pre-seared and frozen!... they were still just as tender as the original ones, and just as yummy!.....
.... Packers won tonite, so now we look forward to the next week, and of course tomorrow, for the college championship!....

No Night Shift I see, what a shame and I am getting ready for 'that place' once again....
AV, congrats on the short ribs.....my ham turned out good and tender.
