Hi DM to report a comment to KM just hit report under someones comment. I think the best thing everyone can do is walk away and not respond to this person at all. How is Duchess doing from surgery

Oh heehee, oops.
Duchess is doing fine, she is actually SLEEPING A LOT. I let her come out to wander and she wandered for about 15 minutes sniffing things and then she decided to go back into her crate and take a nap. She is napping a lot more than she used to but I think a lot of it is the medication. She is also quite happy to be home. Her fur is also growing back! I can tell on her leg it's much fuzzier. Her stomach will probably take a month or two.
How are you babies?

They are quickly getting back to their mischievous little selves. Enjoy these quiet days, I did. I'm glad its done and I no longer have to worry about any unexpected events. :)

That's great I'm glad they are bouncing back so quickly! Were they on medication? I'm sure they don't even remember their spa day anymore. I don't think Duchess does, I have noticed she is becoming more of a lap kitty now. Not sure if it's the medication or not though.

They weren't on anything. They were sleep but I thought if from the anesthesia and from the procedure. When I had a human version of that surgery I slept a lot and I sure didn't bounce back. :) I don't think they do they are happy kittens

Oh wow, strong kitties. I've gone under quite a few times for eye surgeries, but I did a lot of what Duchess is doing, SLEEPING, haha, but she seems to be half of herself. She's happy and she loves attention but I do worry about hurting her wound since it's so obvious with no fur.
How are your kittens acting? Happy and playful not worrying about their sutures?

She will probably be her old self by Friday. I think they are smart about protecting themselves if they are hurt. They don't seem to even think about their sutures they don't have any showing and that helps.

True, kittens are so crazy. But Duchess needs a playmate she is too rambunctious for her own good.

haha CTR Yeah not been around much busy working and taking care of fmaily issues. I said my part and am done on the thread. But I am in one of those moods to jsut get into it and beat some butt! But I thought I was very polite in my post as well as supportive of Cheri! Said my part and am done so no worries!

I work for dining services at my local university. I love college students. I have had cats and kittens all my life. I have five right now--I had two older cats when a pregnant cat was abandoned here. I lured her in using one of her crying kittens and she moved in, decided it was a good deal and has stayed. I had her spayed last summer and ended up keeping two of the kittens. I found good homes for two of them but it was hard but they are loved. I'm single, but have a large extended family who I am close to. I also have a little dog who is the lone male in this bunch.

Ange, no I had three until Tessie died. Sassy showed up last year and it took me a long time to win her trust. Someone found her babies and brought them to me. They were the Daily Kitten sometime in June. Kit, Sophie had surgery for a cyst in December and she ended up having to wear the dogs Tshirt so she would leave the stitches alone.

Hehehe now that's makes since, i have missed a lot it would seem. As for doggie shirt's that cute haha! If my max would allow me too or Mystie I'd dress them up haha! But they barely tolerate the hats haha for christmas!

My dog hates clothes. He pouts. Sophie is mellow so I could get away with it but she was feeling sorry for herself.

Cali was too small for the dogs clothes, she weighed about 2 lbs at the time :) she's a smallish kitty at only 8 lbs or so. Then again I usually have BIG cats. Casper is 12 lbs, Suki is 12 lbs and my dad's tom cat is 15 lbs! This is his cat, Smokey

Smitty is tinier than the cats but I think 2 pounds would have been to small for his clothes.

Oh My Gosh they are too cute! i lvoe them all the black with the white smidgeon on the nose ahaha and the little grey fluff, the cute brown tabby but that little cali is too cute! i love the half orange and half black mask hahaha! Looks like she's wearing a scarf onthe bottom to cover her face aha!

Thanks, he's a pretty crazy cat, he is a half feral tom that you can't leave alone inside because he destroys stuff, but he's a good cat at the same time. My dad lives in a tiny town so he's decently safe to roam there, though he comes up with his share of injuries, which I then have to go treat because while he's my dad's cat, I'm the only one who can treat his hurts and get him to take medicine lol!

The brown tabby and the grey one are the two I have. You can see their sweet mama if you click on my catster page. I have to make pages for the kittens yet. The brown tabby is Tiger Lily and the Grey one is Violet.
