Hi everyone! Chilly day here.. it is snowing once more. We are supposed to get 10 inches tonight. I wanted to grab taco some toys from the petstore because tomorrow is his 3rd birthday, but the weather is too bad. We'll have to get him some late birthday presents this year.

Kilroy..busy day I see...Glad Georgie is doing better. We want our orangie boy who we love to be wonderful :)Spent the day with my MIL, lunch and shopping with the girls. The girls had no naps and they have been terrors from the minute they have been awake. We are now finishing dinner. They are about to have a bath then it's bed right after. They need it and so do i :)

Ooh, yeah, everybody please enter! Though I see they make you go straight from RotoVegas to Milford Sound, you will miss out on the entire lower half of the North Island (where KK and I live) and the historic South Island cities of Christchurch (a little earthquake-racked but hey!) and Dunedin (a city built on gold rush money of Oamaru stone, beautiful crumbling houses galore). But it would give you a very nice taste!

I'm so frustrated right now i could just about cry. Its been raining so hard today that all the phone lines and internet services for pretoria are out. Deader than dead. All day. I have a vitally important document to send, and i cant get anything to work. Only reason why i can post on tdk is cause i'm doing it from my cell phone, which defaults to gps settings if 3g doesnt work.
A woman's job, maybe even her life depends on this, and i cant get the thing to go through. I swear i'm going to send it by telegraph or pigeon tomorrow . . . I really just need to yell at someone. *sob*

Skyron, thank you, the boys love to snuggle :) I'm really sorry about your phone situation. Can you use google phone to call them from your phone? If you don't know about it, go to google and type google chat voice. If you have a gmail account you can call someone from google.

Watching the news...more snow for the Boston, NY areas. Please stay safe! Snow in NC and GA where they do not budget for snow removal. Sorry to say but it has been in the upper 60's in the daytime and mid 40's at night here in Northern Calif. Of course, the high cost of living makes it hard to make a decent life here.

Okay this is too weird, one of my cat's toys is a mouse that makes squeaking noises if moved or batted. Well the last couple evenings it has squeaked on it's own. Just now both kitties were outside on the deck and the mouse just made it's squeaking noise! I think either I have a ghost cat or we are having some land shifting.. Yikes! No heavy trucks going by.

That is scary. I'd pick the mouse up and stick it in a jar of flour . . . I get very creeped out by things like that . . .

When it happened last night, Skyron, I said out loud, is someone visiting me? Since I was laid off from my job on the day that would have been my Great Aunt Peg's 97th birthday if she was alive -Jan 21st, I feel that maybe someone might be reaching out to me. It could just be nothing too.

No night shift tonight! I can't sleep. We have gotten about 4 inches of snow so far and we are expect to get about 10 inches. It's falling hard and fast. Hoping for a snow day!!! Alarm is set for 6 hours from now just in case... :(
