Wow, it is already the last week of February...what are your plans to continue, re-start or accomplish your goals?! Me, only day 1 of the gym this week so far as today. Snow shovel aerobics has kept me busy the last few days! Can't wait to have a social workout for a change!

Still pedaling away indoors but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel! It's still a bit too chilly in the early morning to ride outside but by mid-morning it's beautiful. So the warmer mornings will be here soon. Of course, they come accompanied by high winds in the spring, which I hate.

I made it to the pool last weekend and did 16 lengths, but I think that was overdoing it because I hurt the next day. I think I was tired at the end and throwing myself into my strokes too much. That's gone away, but now my stupid head is back to evil :( It's really hard to make myself exercise when that happens, but I'm going to try, probably this weekend. Weekends are good for hitting the reset button :)

If it weren't for this ^*&)&*(*&*I^* wind and Mr. WWM's headcold, we might be outside riding. But noooooooo - on my trainer today and I suspect tomorrow, too.
