   Morning, MC! I'm just back from the pool, where I did 12 lengths, whoo hoo! We know what we're doing for lunch and dinner, I just need to figure out some noms for in between (Mr. K is easy, give him a huge bowl of popcorn and he's happy).

    i went to the grocery store and bought all good stuff - no crap. i bought fresh carrots, bread, milk, hamburger, a new york strip steak, mushrooms, soda, and pistachio nuts.

    troy is a player on the steelers team. very long black curly hair. so long he can't keep it inside his helmet. a wildman on the playing field. very peaceful and religious off the field.
