HI, All! Gosh, it has been a quiet day in TDK land. Of course, it's Caturday so that is to be expected.
I was expecting a dinner guest, our friend who stays with our girls when we travel. So today I put a pork tenderloin in to marinate but happily hadn't started the rest, although I have all of the groceries. She called and another nurse asked her to take call in the OR tonight. Not knowing how to say no, she said yes. So we will try for tomorrow night. Therefore, Mr. WWM and I had leftovers and now we're off to watch a movie with our girls.

*waves to everyone* Hello my friends. Gearing up to finish up what we need to get done, just put the girls to bed and waiting for them to go to sleep so we can crash too.
MS, stay cool. Hope you are feeling better too. I haven't seen any new news on the quake. I pray they have found more survivors.
Off to finish the chores and will call it a night. Everyone have a great night or day as the case may be :)

Unfortunately no more survivors for four days and there are still several hundred missing. We just have to keep hoping.

Oh MS, the news from NZ is so sad. It just saddens me everytime I see it on the news. I am still crossing all paws that some survivors will be found.
Wish we were having storms, just MORE snow here!

Evening Jan :D I understand totally the battle of minds and wit with cats! Had one most of the day with Kitty, he wanted me up and headed towards the kitchen.....I still had a killer headache and wasn't playing well according to his mind.

Evening, ladies, Deb, so sorry your headache was so awful yesterday. It's not fair. How did it go with the yard sales, did you find any treasures? MS, hope you're much better too, you sound it.
Just gave Millie the meatosaurus her meaty supper. She is washing herself on my knee after playing with one of the little red mousies you sent, Deb, I swear her little eyes lit up and she started patting it all over the place. I feed her out of the office, otherwise Maisie just comes over and eats all her meat, lol, so it was just Millie and mousie, no annoying sisters or greedy mum. Milo and Maddie are now in crazy hour, they just ran at each other and leaped into the air past each other simultaneously, it was like synchronised kitty ballet, lol. Maisie is chowing down on wet food, she gets her raw meat later (when the rest of it's thawed).
I do have some new pix of the kits I'll try to send out tomorrow but they're not very exciting. They all move so fast now that the only time I can get a snap is when they're asleep or just about. So that's what the pix are, a little heap of tuckered-out kitties.

I have to confess I wavered, I open the connecting door to the garage where Shadz has a cat door. Now it's up to her if she goes out and she can come back in when she wants, probably after the other cats have been in and stolen her food.

I still worry about Millie's poor head, so still waiting for anyone's 'aha' moment, as Sky put it. Val suggested I massage her limbs -- well, I've tried since she was about four weeks old, but honestly, has anyone else ever tried to massage a little wormy, squirmy kitten? You can't get a finger on her but she bites it...
