Friends, we need huge prayers for Kykat brother Rick. He had a catastrophic stroke yesterday. He needs as many prayers, white light and positive thoughts as possible, as does Kykat.

Thank you all for your prayers. My brother will not recover from this stroke. He is gone and his body will soon follow. The family have made the decision to not force him to hang on any longer than necessary. They are doing the paperwork now to turn off the machines and to let him go. Most likely he will pass before I can get there. Please pray for my family as we have to say goodbye. Rick was the coolest guy and a great brother.

Just talked to kk and she is very sad. I am sad for her. Prayers that Rick will pass peacefully and the family will heal and cherish all the good times.

There just are no words to really convey how sad I am for your whole family, and for Rick - a vibrant life cut short. I pray that his passing is peaceful, and for strength for your family, KK.

I am on my way. They have disconnected the machines and it is only a matter of time now. He was only 53. Too young. The doctors say that the small! Blood vessel that leads to the brain stem closed off. It was nothing that would have shown up on any tests. It happened very fast. My brother was a lifelong cat man, his fur babies will miss him as much as the rest of us. Please pray for my mom. She is 85 and this is the second child she has lost. Also pray for my sister. In law. She is in bad shape.

Just touched base with Patti again, they are now into Tennessee to stop by her sister's. Her sister cannot leave to go until her sister's hubby is off work. She said they both need big hugs and a really good cry. She said to me "I had such a brainfart! We left in such a frazzle we left all our 'good clothes' on hangers back at the house!" I told her not to worry about that, things will all work out! She thanks everyone again for their heartfelt love and prayers!

I just got the call. My brother has passed. My oldest brother, my mom and other family we're with him. My Sister, my middle brother and I are on our way to be with our mother and each other. Thank you all for your prayers.
