Bella, I am awake so that counts I suppose. Actually doing better than this past week, so I am glad for that....now if the barking seal coughing would go away, sigh. How are you doing today? Any luck on the new abode search?

Maybe. I found a place yesterday that I fell in love with, but it was already rented. :( The landlord has another place that looks promising, though.

Bella, didn't know you were home-hunting, too. I've been looking for a month and have decided to stay where I am for another year. The apt. market in Austin is outrageous. My loft--which is *unheated* on the ground floor in the winter--is even going up. But there's nothing else I can afford. It's discouraging. I hope you have better luck.
