    Oh Amy, how wonderful...see turning 40 was a good thing...made you think about what YOU needed/wanted. Yay for you. I am sorry you are in so much pain sweetie but I am glad that you are going to try to get help for that. You rock my friend.
    I was going to suggest Cleveland as well, but as Shelley said...don't think it would be much of a vacation..lol

    Amy, I think you are making the right move. I got out of the travel industry because my job kept getting bigger and bigger and no riase to go with a doubling then tripling of responsibility and no overtime pay either. Leaving there and moving on to a job that I love has made a huge differene to my quality of life. I hope this is the turning point for you to get to a place in life where your pain is managed, your career is personally rewarding and you are able to sleep through the night!

    Of couse if you want to come cruising in May the boat isn't full yet! :D

    Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. I called back to the pain clinic today and was ready to hit them hard when the girl who answered was very helpful. She said one of the physician's has agreed to look at my medical records, do research and call some Chiari specialists and see where to begin and if there is anyway he can help. So, looks like that will be kicking in soon! YAY! I might get some sleep yet! Whoo hoo!
