Jane, lol Haje was a grouch with a capital G! Had a pet communicator come in and talk to all of the crew, changed his attitude over-night. He used to want you to pet him and then hiss and/or growl when you did, sheesh!
My daughter until recently hated that I put an H at the end of her first name, she wanted it to be different like all the other girls. Told her oh well I wanted it to be Sarah as in the bible and not any of the other spellings out there at the time.

A lot of the Biblical names are lovely, for boys and girls. I'm glad they're more popular again these days, I love anything old-fashioned. Sarah is a lovely name, like Rachel and Rebecca/Rebekah. (One of my friends was a Rebekah when that was a very unusual name. One of her parents' friends said to them, when she was a baby, 'You might as well have called her Hepzibah!)
See I like those names too, Sarah and Rebecca both are simple yet pretty names.

LOL at the 'Haje' picture, Mum has Mrs Snuggles and she has attacked Mum a few times but that was until they came to an understanding.Talking of names, my cousin has given all six of her children 'different' names but not wildly different to the names you hear/see now.

Read some of the comments on the article, if that doesn't open one's eyes on the issue of names I don't know what will.
Haje used to go after everyone but me, now he runs to the door to greet people and have them pet him and then he goes back to whatever he was doing. The pet communicator told him he needed to get over himself and be more friendly to others of the two-legged beings.

Jan, I am off now for a hopefully good nap before heading in to 'that place' this evening.
Hate that the last two breaks I have spent trying to get over this crud but it looks like it might actually be heading out the door finally. Now to avoid turning on the air conditioning too early, its 6 pm here and its 92F here....too warm even with the ceiling fans on.

Kit, love the spelling of your name and it should be simple enough, there is no A on the end of it.
Jan, Lil Girl and Ms. B will tear up a box when they are done with it, both by scratching and biting off pieces of it.

have a good rest Deb!...... hello to anyone still up (it's about 2:30AM...)... our plane was three hours late for our connection in Miami, the trip from San Juan was fine, but the long wait was on a plane coming from Aruba..... oh well, we're home, and I'm FINALLY in bed..... so why am I not passing out with exhaustion?...... Abby has decided to 'try' and forgive me for leaving her all week, she's glued to my legs right now.......
.....ok, time I turned off the lights and hopefully will get some rest!..... see everyone in the morning!

I read the names article (and I thought I had it bad having to learn to spell my first, middle & last which added up to 24 letters), but got distracted by the fact that the writer doesn't know the difference between "poring" and "pouring". Yes, I'm one of those picky people :P
