Happy Sunday night! Hope you are well. Me, not so much. In a lot of pain and have been trying to 'sleep it off' today. I was gone since Thursday for work classes. I really don't do well sitting in a chair 8-10 hours per day. So for tonight, we have all comfort foods. Soups, salads, casseroles, burgers, pizza, stews, sammies, dessert (and lots of it!). Really bad storms here tonight so I am not sure how long I will be on. Will need to power down and go to the basement with my girls!

Good evening MC, sorry you have a lot of pain tonight. Hmmmmmm, sitting for 8-10 hours is a challenge for most people and it must have been unbearable for you.
It's almost noon here and woohoo the sun has finally come out from behind the clouds. It's noisy here with a neighbours tree being cut down and chipped and we have people insulating our house.

Jan, how long will it take the people to finish with the insulation? Bet that will be such a difference this coming winter. Enjoy the sunshine and will see you later on this evening.

Okay all! I am here for a few and I have brought Angie's Homemade Lasagna! Extra meaty saucy and cheesy! Some tasty grill garlic bread a nice mixed green salad with a tasty vigerette and Blue cheese for me others are always welcome to my blue cheese haha! Add a little crispy bacon yes WWM I know salty ahha! Then to top it all off a nice refreshign dessert of Angelfood cake draped in nice sugary syrupy fresh sweet strawberries and whip cream. For htose you want to take it up a bit there it the fresh whole strawberries ready for dipping in the chocolate fountain. Max and Mystie have come to make the rounds to tell all they are happy and healthy and jsut perfect and the Doctor told them so! he commented on there glossy lush coats and clear inquisitive eyes. Even if the entire time Mystie was giving him the how dare you man handle me peasant! She does not liek strangers geting touchy feelly with her. Even with her cute semi lion cut she is the queen bee and demands everyone to look but do not touch haha. They are both nice lean and healthy weighed! They are full of activities and energy that keeps us all here smiling and shaking our heads. As for out witting Max and his cabinet opening the score stands at 5 Max 0 Gramps.
So let's eat listen to some music and enjoy the night sky!

Yes AzDeb homemade! I make my own meat sauce hehe and I make my own semi cheesey mix for the center not big on ricotta a bit too tangy so have to fix it up and then add to that lots and lots of Mozz cheese yum! Hehhe! And As for gramps gettign a change I told Maxie and he jsut winked at me I take it as a not on his life hahaa! Well all it is time to unwind a bit and get ready for bed 530am comes way to early!

I tell ya, this grandmother business is not for sissies. I wrestled a child safety seat into the back seat of my Prius and installed it today. Had to read two manuals to figure out how to do it properly (the one that came with the safety seat and my car's manual). Exhausting! :)

KW, lol, I have seen the directions for the car seats! Me, I would have went to the Fire Department and asked for them to help install it. You have all the makings of a wonderful grandmother, yup!!

And, Dee, I must tell you---I HATE FEET, TOO!!! I went on a sandal spree today and for the first time EVER bought some with that little thingy that goes between the big toe and my long, lean second toe. I'm hoping my bright pink nail polish will distract people from realizing how ugly my feet are!
MS and MC--your storms must have headed my way cuz it's stormin' big time now!
AZDeb--hope you're feeling well! How's the weather there? It was about 90 today and I already hate it!

Lovely is having her ups and downs. She is sleeping through the night, which is huge. She has screaming and crying episodes. So hard for a little one to adjust to being taken from all the people she's ever known and placed with a new mom and dad. She doesn't have enough language to understand and talk about the hurt she must be experiencing, so the tears will have to do. Daughter and son-in-love are weathering the storm pretty well.

Can't stand the chimes, either! I will never admit to being the neighbor who 'stole' the neighbors chimes (over and over again until they got the point!)from their patio, either! :)
My feet aren't horrible, it's just that the aforementioned type sandals seem to emphasize my long second toe. I definitely got my father's feet--my mother's are very nice (if I were being a foot judge, that is!)

The chimes don't bother me as much now, but when you're in an apt. complex and your neighbor's patio is only a few feet away, they can be really loud!

HAHA! That is hilarious, FH! Wind chimes drive me mad. I do not know how something that is supposed to be calming can go right through me like that.
When I lived on the bay, one of my neighbors would hang a bunch of beach towels over his wooden fence for weeks at a time. It was so unsightly in such a beautiful setting. Sometimes they would fall off the fence during a thunderstorm and sit in a mud puddle...until I threw them all in the dumpster! That loud partying drunk dude probably "lost" a towel a week when I lived there!

LOL @ Dee! On the subject of neighbour problems my neighbours have just started leaving their garbage bag out the night before collection. so of course every animal in the street that is not tied up thinks it's a buffet! It was strewn all over the curb this morning for the second week in a row. Apart from that they are quiet and we hardly ever notice them.

I'm back, house now insulated, took around four hours. I'm looking forward to the house being warmer this winter and not the usual ice chest.
Ange! and Lasagne! Guess what we're having for dinner tonight, lasagne. I made two large lsagnes las tnight and gave some to Meegz and we're having more tonight with the beans I picked from the garden. Roast vegetable lasagne.
KW, your daughter and SL will have Lovey settled before they know it. It must be unsettling for Lovey but love will make her happy.
