Thanks for the recipe PJ, now the lemon meringue. The bad news is that I've never made one and I just thought it sounded great so I added it to the NS meal.
I'm sorry for the disappointment.

Morning everyone!............ my mother and grandmother used to make lemon meringue pies, my Dad loved them!......
...... up early this morning, MIL called around 5:30, she was having recurring pains, so Mr. AV went to go take her to the ER to get checked out......... I think it might be a pinched nerve.......
..... can't believe it's Monday AGAIN!......... the weeks really seem to fly bye!

Morning AV :) Hope that your MIL is alright. My Dad always made the lemon meringue pies at our house, my Mom did the apple ones.

Goodmorning AV, you caught me just before I headed to bed. I hope MIL is ok, it's always frightening when they ring during the early hours because you know they've been waiting until it's not too early to disturb you and have been in pain most of the night.
Monday was great during the test drive so fret not, all will be fine today.

...... the vegetable lasagna sounds so good, I've made your receipe before, I really love the grilled veggies - time to pull out the 'george'.......

Hmmmm! Now I really want some lasagna! Gonna have to see about it over easter break! Oops I mean Spring break! Since it's sort of an all day thing for me hahah! Start by 10am and goes til 2pm then around dinner another hour of cooking time and the inbetween to do dishes ahaha! It's all worth it though! Yummies Roasted veggie Lasagna!
Tonights menu for us is carnitas with refried beans and shredded cheese followed by some more strawberries and angel food cake yum!
