   what shall we have on the menu today ??? Hmmmmmmmmmmm -

   note - everyone entering the cafe today will recieve a free 4 oz. bottle of Bailey's Irish cream

   Fresh squeezed juices - pineapple, orange, grapefruit, mango
   The additions - Amaretto, Baileys, Rum, Irish whisky (hic), or Champagne
   Hot Coffee, hot cocoa, hot tea, catnip tea (whipped cream and marshmallows are available too)
   Espresso IV's
   Scones, Bagels, Pancakes, waffles, french toast, chocolate croissants, muffins of all types
   Eggs, any style
   Quiche
   Fresh fruit compote
   sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, green and red peppers for omlets
   Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Hashbrowns, Grilled sliced onions
   Catnip for the kitties
   Anything else your heart desires

   featured breakfast - Cinnabon-type cinnamon rolls with gooey cream cheese frosting

   featured TDK employment kitten - Bailey, a super friendly tuxedo boy...

   and of course the TDK employment agency kittens, and Monty, Gretchen, and Melinda...

   Hi Cheri and Terri! Morning everyone!

   4 ounces? I put that in one cup of coffee!! (I confess I drink my coffee and Bailey's out of what can only be described as a tankard). I know, I know - it's free, right?

   I'll have some eggs, bacon and a couple of kittens to cuddle.

   Oh, and a cinnabon for later.

    It's so nice to see everyone looking out for one another. I think for now I'll have one of those 'tankards' of Bailey's & coffee that HM mentioned. It's colder than a witches 'you-know-what' here. I know cuz my union buttons tell me so. Could I also get one of those blankies to help the little feral babies keep warm outside?

    GD, as promised, here is my sister-in-law's recipe for homemade Bailey's

    eet ees ZO guuud! *shlurp!*

    Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup heavy cream
    13 oz. good whiskey (this is a bit over a cup and a half)
    chocolate syrup or hot fudge sauce to taste

    Mix all together with a whisk and pour into clean jars or bottles. If I
    use hot fudge sauce (which is *really* yummy) I heat it up a bit so that
    it dissolves into the mixture better. You don't need a lot of chocolate
    (or any for that matter), so it's a 'to taste' thing. This stays good
    for several months in the fridge, if you can make it last that long!
