Mini SM will be around. It is much easier for me if Mr. SM isn't here. He doesn't understand the fact that I am not able to move and lift things. If he isn't here I can actually sleep--or at least rest and heal. Not to mention I do have Sherlock! He will keep kittehs and goggies from underfoot!

Bobby is very upset that Mama hasn't opened the wormhole for him and Mi to go to the party. He's so excited about the party and wearing his favorite pink speedo. Mi is afraid of water and is wearing a wetsuit. Mama apologizes profusely and opens the entrance to the worm hole - and they're off.....

The kapok has gone, we are now back to just freezing our toushies off . . .
I just saw the live performance adele did of her song 'someone like you' on tv, and i actually started sniffling just a bit. The words of that song, and the soul with which she sings it, is breathtaking. Its like she stole the words out of the hearts of every person who has ever lost a loved one. Its not that i have a thing for sad songs, its just rare to find someone with real talent, singing real songs these days. They dont sing 'em like they used to . . .

Hi everyone. I'm freezing my tushie off too, Sky. My train this morning didn't have the heater on and I could see my breath. I'm still not sure if I dropped off to sleep or into a hypothermic coma! And it's cold here in the office too. I'm busy preparing for another big presentation tomorrow - the second of 3 I will be giving to the same client (on different products) over the space of about 2 mths. Each requires a day out of the office in another city, plane flights, late returns and ...donuts.

Soxsmom, glad that MiniSM will be home to help while you recover, please heed the doctor's advice on the recovery. Take some time to relax, that might mean that NO you can't help with the church group one week after your surgery. They probably wouldn't understand the not being able to life things either or functioning as normal.
