*peeks* in the Cafe....... everything is quiet....... it's late here, well after 1am, but I'm still 'up'....... had friends over, and played a great game of virtural golf...... good food, I made another cobbler, and it was a big hit!........
.... watching recorded shows on the DVR and reading back posts....... don't see a NS, so will wait quietly here....... hope everyone is having a good night!

.... MS, how is your day?....... I'm thinking it's getting really cold where you are, cause it's 'steaming' HOT here!.....
..... one of my golfing friends tonight made me think of you, she is growing tomatoe plants on her porch, and did the 'upside down' thing, so the squirrels wouldn't get them!...... she laughed at Mr. AV's stories of the 'squirrel relocation project last summer!

Evening AV, we've had rain and sunshine today, it's currently pouring but not too cold. Will probably light the fire though. This morning we waved the newlyweds(over a year now) off on their honeymoon. They are with KK tonight and then head off to the South Island. They are pointing the car and seeing where they end up. Airy is cat & house sitting for them.

I maybe did. It snapped but was too swollen to do MRI. Doc gave me crutches, meds and a brace. Had to get up and potty so I came by to say hello and get more ice packs for my leg!

MC, I truly pray for your continued recovery!...... you have been thru so much! I hope your leg isn't really broken!.... please keep us posted!
MS, I've been so 'tired out' from the squirrels and such, so my tomatoe planting will be in an easterly window at best! LOL
..... well, it's 2am here, and if I don't go to bed, I'll be a crazy person tomorrow! LOL... night all!

Took some more muscle relaxants and meds for swelling. Gonna try to snooze a bit. Might be back soon!!!

MC, I hope that whichever is easiest for your leg to heal is the one that happened. You had mentioned surgery if it was a torn ligament right?
Have spent most of my day nursing or rather dealing with a headache, the upside is I was off and didn't have to go anywhere. My tomatoes in the upside down thingies, hmmm one is doing alright (the yellow grape tomatoes) and the other is not (the yellow pear looking little tomatoes) with the latter being the one I hoped would flourish.
