Strawberry Basil Margaritas
makes 1 pitcher, or about 8 servings
1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate
10 strawberries (or 12 if you're using smaller ones from the farmer's market or your backyard.)
8 basil leaves
2 to 2 1/2 cups tequila (gold or silver)

wow not many at all i jsut poppe din before crashing into my comfy bed. Well before i do one hot dog with ketchup and chedder shredded cheese please. A few grapes and an apple add to that a few smores and a nice glass of ice water minus the leomn please. I am goign to go sit in a chiar close to the water so I cna feel it crahs against my feet and dig my toes intot he soft sand. hehhe what a beautiful night. The sweet salty chilled air. The clear night sky sparkling with stars and the moon casting a gentle glow over the crahsign waves. A beuatiful night indeed. Whales serenading each other as they swim buy the cries of sea birds. The whispers of friends around the camp fire chattign away. A nice quiet night.
And on that note i am off to dream of wonderous creations haha. And knowing me I bet they'd be some naughtiness involved. MS and KK know exactly what I'm talkign about hahhaa. nighters all.

Hey there Jan, I know the whale sharks are amazing to look at.
Think I am going to watch a bit more tv, got to clear off the dvr of shows I have taped. May end up with the tv watching me though, lol.
Saw a blurb about this cat food and may check it out tomorrow, it sounds good and wonder if the crew would like it.

Jan, lol yes there are times that the TV watches me, now I do hope that it doesn't tape me sleeping!
The cat food does look interesting and I am willing to try a bag of it to see how the crew responds to it.

.... Good morning to anyone still around....... I didn't make it here last night, as my 'day off' was jam packed with things!..... took MIL down to Satasota to visit cousins; met & then cooked dinner for Son and new GF; then went out and saw friends band play - good times!...... I was totally knackered when we got home, and I crashed and didn't pop my eyes open until just now (about 8:30am) a very good night's rest for me!......
.... I am on a mission today, I'm strapping on my 'gear' and hunting down all the mosquitoes that seem to have 'invaded' my territory!....... I am TIRED of being bit, and the large red welts are NOT my idea of attractive :(

Morning AV :) What the heck was that spray that was mentioned the other day, half water/half vinegar or something like that to ward them off? I was going to try it and dang if I didn't forget to print it off or write it down, I know you put it in a spray bottle...lol. They attack me too if I am within a 20 mile range of the suckers.

...... I really hope it works!....... I also need to google what to eat, that might make them not like to bite you - I know there's got to be somethings that make someone more or less attractive to those little buggers!
.... did I tell you that a friend of mine went on a Mediterranean cruise and brought me back some Tunisian olive oil!....... it's supposed to be some of the best in the world!...... I will use it sparingly - like a finishing oil on pizzas or pastas...... can't wait to try it!

Well, the tutu worked again, cause it's fixing to pour here!... (yay!)
...... I spayed the porch down with my listerine mix, and I'll just have to wait and see how things go next time we sit out there!....... oh boy, HUGE crack of Thunder - one certain Siamese just 'jumped' from across the room to the middle of my lap! LOL (she wants her meowmy!)
..... I'm going to make pizza from scratch tonite, and will try my special finishing oil....... then having a 'game night' with Son and GF, whom we like very much!
