   Effective immediately, I will not have access to the Internet at work. which means I will not be able to access TDk at work, but only at home. The office is determining who really needs the internet at work, and is cutting off anyone who does not really need it. And I am on the list...so i WILL still stay in contact, just at home after 4pm eastern US time...

   love you all, it's been great...

    btw, the issue with the coworker has been fully documented and reviewed by both bosses, and the co-decision was made that I did nothing wrong, and the whole issue has been dropped...

    So sorry that your workplace is being so strict, Cheri. Time spent on TDK can be just the lift you need to be more productive at work. Ppearson has a good idea with internet cafe at lunch.

    no, i've never been required to take work home. any public meetings, etc. including travel time afte regular work hours is paid out as overtime...

    Cheri, don't feel like the Lone Ranger on this, my work is cutting down or rather blocking whatever they deem not allowed (i.e., my africam website, live radio stations) but they haven't cut out this one yet....their reasoning is allegedly they take up too much band-width....yeah right!
