Kits didn't want to get going today. Such wonderful sleeping weather they could have snoozed the morning away! But hey, after hurrying and scurrying around breakie noms are ready! Come on in start, continue or wind down today with a virtual fave treat along with purrs, headbonks and sand paper kisses galore! Me gonna grab a cinnybun with my giant java...waves to anyone who sneaks in, back in a bit too! A smooch for my fave kit Tux, later!

Waves mornin' Big Apple way to Kilroy...yup, this Summer sure has been a hot on in brewtown too! According to weatherguy 4th warmest on record! Crockey usually sits in front of the fan...he was sitting under a chair this morning for it wasn't so humid for a change! Anyway points fan toward Kilroy...try and keep cool!

Hi Kilroy! Ugh, sorry again about not responding, I once more did the "got it on the run will respond later" and forgot to respond thing. Rubia did get Fraser - she wrote on his thread 3 weeks ago:
"Fraser is here in the SF Bay Area! I just picked him up from the post office (he was on vacation hold!) He has received a very warm welcome from Ozzie & Murphy. Both were very intrigued. Ozzie made sure he was clean and even shared his food with him. This should be a fun visit!"
Sorry for not responding. If I ever don't respond to an email within 2 days, please just email me a second time. It won't be pushy or anything so don't feel bad, it's probably for the best since I can be bad with email and forget.

Oh whoops, my fault. Missed Rubia's post on the the Fraser thread. Sorry to bug you, I know you've got umpty gazillion things going on. Glad to know Fraser is safe with Rubia & her boys. I tracked the package as far as "has been sent out for delivery", but forgot to check back for the final update.
Can't wait for more Fraser pics :)

Don't worry about it. There are hundreds of posts a day and threads get bumped down so quickly, I know I miss at least 90% of the stuff that gets posted on here so I don't blame you for not seeing it! I probably wouldn't have noticed it either if it weren't my own thread. Also you aren't bugging me at all :) I may be busy, but I love getting email that is not junk mail (which rarely seems to happen). I'm sorry for not responding to it! I need to find a better system to remind myself to write back when I'm on the go

Morning folks, really really tired this morning. Almost fell asleep when driving home from that place and its only 11 miles :( So the crew and the outside birds have been fed and watered, now I am off to try and sleep some. Have a good day and enjoy....and may it rain here in the Southwest where we so badly need it.

Hi - just popping in for a minute, then will try to stop back later. Took today off and hubby and I just had a hearty brekkie at the diner - a nice treat. Neice is coming up and we're going to spend some lazy time at the pool.

*sigh* We had to go back to the Very Extremely Terrible place this morning with Willow. Yesterday she started going to her litter box again real frequently but just producing drops of urine. In no other way does she act sick. She's eating, drinking, playing and acting normal except for that. She doesn't have a fever but she had lost 1/4 lb since our visit last week. The dr gave her another injection of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and we are to give her amoxicillian liquid 2x days and TRY to catch a urine specimen. Mr. WWM has cleverly covered the litter with Saran wrap to try and catch urine but with our luck it will be Windi who goes. Of course, Windi would be afraid of the Saran wrap. We seem to spend a lot of time lurking around the litter box of late.
I'm trying not to worry but I wonder what is causing this. He said if we can't get a specimen that they will have to keep Willow there for 24 hours to try and get some urine. If possible, we want to avoid that.
I am worried, even though I'm trying very hard not to be........ *sniff*

Hey there! I'd love a cold glass of perfectly sweetened iced tea, please. Crazy busy at wurk but did get a chance to pop in once this morning. Now I'm home and about ready to start working in the house again. I'm taking a break from the "stuff" to clean my kitchen. Oy does it need it! I don't mind being a messy gal (well I mind but I'm used to it!) but I do mind a "dirty" house and right now my kitchen is dirty. So will get that taken care of and then back to the "stuff."

We have finally had a break in the heat here in the Heartland and it is so nice! The rain means that my deck isn't getting worked on, but I am ok with that to get the temps down! Hubby and I worked in the yard for chunks of the weekend and it was miserable. We also went to see Cowboys and Aliens and loved it. You just can't beat a movie with Daniel Craig dressed as a cowboy! (It was also a good story)

@ Kilroy - Darling Daughter is here with me and we have the only two beds - you'd have to sleep on the cold stone floor! Tomorrow we may go to Dieppe or Varencheville or both. I feel the need of a big bowl of Moules + frites and to swim in the sea - even if the sea round here is very cold (and it usually is!) then we might go to the goat farm on the way home and watch the goats being milked and watch the cats begging for fresh milk straight from the goat ... decisions, decisions!
