    I am thankful that it seems everyone is safe. I pray that you all stay that way and that this is sorted out swiftly! I agree with MCW that the root needs to be eradicated! It really did look horrible, very good news that it isn't as bad as the pictures. Then again the media sells more if they show the horrible end of life don't they?

    Ginger, it actually started last Thursday when a young man was shot by police in Tottenham. He was a suspected gang member/leader and was thought to be armed. We very rarely have these kind of incidents as our police do not carry firearms. Anyway, the family and friends had a "peaceful" march on Friday (I think), but a few people got upset because of the police presence and it seemed to escalate from there.

    All
    I am fine, sorry for delay, we are in sleepy Plymouth and no problems here apart from one idiot who set up a facebook group trying to set up a riot meet outside POUNDLAND!!! to take back "are england" as he put it. He was speedily arrested the fool!!!
    My poor friends hubby is with Devon and Cornwall Police and they have been drafted up today for 5 nights. Bless her, she is 12 weeks pregnant and has a toddler to run around with, this additional stress isn't good. xx
