    Hey all. Hubby grilled a steak in the rain (I feel guilty about rain for you parched folks - wish I could send some your way), had corn on the cob & salad. Opened a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, but I don't really like it. The meal was great though!

    Wonderful! I agree, a little bit and often. Wasn't the shower fantastic. Gentle hugs and lots of love from us. T-Do and Hadley are unsure about the baby kittens outside. Owen is doing better, he can see! The eye infection progress is so slow. Scout and Walter are just being silly kitties. It is so entertaining. I think they are almost weaned. Mama is cutting them off! Amy take care and heal. You are in my prayers, always.

    .... Mr. AV made it home safely from moving Son back to law school.... exhausted, hungry and SO tired!.... made a nice stir fry - shrimp was on sale at Publix today...... not looking forward to tackeling Son's room tomorrow, but will....... hope the hazmat suit holds up!......

    We are awaiting another polar blast down here, it's started down south and is slowly working its way up the islands, it's supposed to be colder and longer than the last one, eek! If the power goes out, I am going straight back to bed, lol, only warm place!

    She can leave things--she isn't that far away, but it better be put away and cleaned!!! I am getting the house ready for appraisal so it is being cleaned spotless--as spotless as possible while living in it! But she better have that room clean and tidy!
