Oh Bobbi - I am soooo happy for this news! When you mentioned the coyotes I was so afraid for Boo. I am so glad these prayers were answered and Boo is home safe again!! Happy dances all the way 'round!

I spoke to Bobbi on the phone last night. Boo has an abscess on her back and a wound on her leg. She had clearly been starving when she showed back up. Bobbi took her to the vet who kept her overnight last night so her wounds could be treated. Prior to being taken to the vet, she stuck to Bobbi like velcro! Such good news!
Bobbi said to tell everyone that she is convinced Boo would not have survived without the TDK white light and positive thinking about her return. The temperatures had fallen below freezing at least one of the nights she was missing. Most indoor cats would likely not have survived this. From Bobbi: Thank you, TDKers!!!!

One of my indoor cats got out a few years ago and wouldn't come in. The next morning I was lying in bed and couldn't understand why the chain from the ceiling fan was clinking loudly...turned out we had an EARTHQUAKE! Yes, in Georgia! Well, my then-husband was working out in the garage with the overhead door open about a foot on the bottom, and he said that Boo ran in like a shot when it happened and started meowing and scratching frantically at the door into the house! For many months, when one of the other cats went outside he would look at them like they were crazy. He wouldn't even go near the door.
Yes, his name is Boo also, for Boo Radley from To Kill a Mockingbird. But my kids call him Booger because he had an upper respitory thing going on when we adopted him.

KW, thanks for the update. I was worried yesterday when there was no news. I wonder how she developed an abscess. Thank God she came home just in the nick of time. Hope we get to see a welcome home picture soon of totally recovered Boo.

Just wanted to give you an update on my "miracle baby" because that's what I am calling her now.
I believe that there was a divine intervention that brought Boo home, only because she had so many of you all rooting for her.
She was 5 lbs (probably down a lb or more) with a large abscess on her back. I took her to the vet on Sat, and he wanted to anesthetize her to lance it, so he kept her over the weekend. I got up early this morning and picked her up. She is happy to be home, batting the other cats around, established her queenhood!
Thank all of you so much. We have, in the last 10 years, lost 3 other indoor kittlies who for one reason or another, made the escape to the outdoors. I never expected to see her again.
I can't express enough my thanks.
I can't give you the link to her catster picture, because catster is down at the moment.
