AV...that sounds really good...have all the makings(except the mayo and sour cream is "full tilt"). If I may share...... I've found a good sprinkle of your fav. vinaigrette on the potatoes while they are cooling, adds a nice kick. Also to sub the peas with edamame, they hold their shape and don't tend to get mushy. And fyi....Publix has a very good ranch dip(should be right above the sour cream)...is yummy on baked taters or for french fries.... or even for tater salad. Also my kitties love the Publix Seafood canned, and not the poultry flavor(saw that you mentioned that on another post).

12P, those 'tweaks' would be a good alternative!...... I'm always trying different things/flavors, so thanks for the ideas!......
.... so funny how finnikey our cats are, huh?!...... mine will ONLY eat the poultry flavors, they 'gag' if I try to give them seafood!... LOL..... I think part of it is consistency what they get 'used' to, is what they 'like'!
... and I really do LOVE the ranch roasted potatoes!.... make them all the time!!

AV, mine do the *gag* thing with the beef Fancy Feast foods and seafood is a touchy one too, sometimes they like it and most times not.
12P, thanks for the time on sprinkling the vinaigrette on the taters :)
Ugh, its 5:30 p.m. and still 100 degrees outside....well back to lying down again and see if I can sleep more than pieces of zzz's
